21 Nov Dégustation du jour à Bordeaux : Hubert de Boüard Consulting
Il y a des jours où l’on est très occupé et puis il y a les jours où l’on peut tranquillement déguster un vin de Château, puis un autre et encore un autre. En l’occurrence je vais chez Hubert de Boüard Consulting, l’avantage des dégustation groupées est évident : un énorme gain de temps, mais parallèlement j’attache une grande importance à la visite individuelle d’un domaine, d’un château. C’est une des raisons qui explique pourquoi je passe environ quatre mois par année à Bordeaux.
